Overview

What it is

Enterprise Classic (80–500 kVA) is COMPACT's newer three-phase online double-conversion platform for enterprise business continuity — built to keep hospitals, continuous-process industries and critical infrastructure running through the volatile power and site conditions common in India.

An IGBT rectifier (input PF ≥ 0.99, THDi ≤ 3%), a DZnO-winding output isolation transformer, a 0.9 / unity output power factor, MTBF greater than 200,000 hours, a 5.7-inch LCD touch screen and optional N+X redundancy up to six units.

Key capabilities

What it does

Three-phase online double conversion

Continuous regenerated 3:3 output — the load is isolated from raw-mains disturbances.

IGBT rectifier

Input power factor ≥ 0.99, THDi ≤ 3%.

DZnO-winding output isolation transformer

Output isolation for strong performance with unbalanced loads.

High MTBF

MTBF greater than 200,000 hours; MTTR under 0.5 hours.

5.7-inch LCD touch screen

Touch-screen interface with event history and large-capacity history storage.

Optional N+X redundancy

Optional N+X redundancy, parallel up to six units; ECO mode where the site permits it.

Why this product

The engineering value

IGBT rectifier, DSP control

Full DSP control, a high input power factor (≥ 0.99) and a 0.9 / unity output power factor for more usable kW from the same footprint.

Built for Indian conditions

Re-specified by COMPACT — sourced from global manufacturing partners — to handle wide voltage swings, heat, dust and unreliable earthing.

Efficient at part load

Holds efficiency at lower loads, with an ECO mode where the site permits it.

Applications

Where it fits

Typical applications for this range — not an exhaustive list.

  • Hospitals and critical-care environments
  • Continuous-process industries and production lines
  • Sensitive diagnostic and life-support medical equipment
  • Industrial and commercial three-phase facility loads
  • Any critical infrastructure requiring conditioned power and backup
Technology

Online double conversion with an IGBT rectifier

The IGBT rectifier feeds the DC bus and battery, the inverter continuously regenerates the three-phase output, and the output passes through a DZnO-winding output isolation transformer before it reaches the load. A static bypass handles overload and service.

Full DSP control governs the power path, with a 5.7-inch LCD touch screen for monitoring and event history, and optional N+X redundancy in parallel up to six units.

The rectifier and inverter run continuously, regenerating a clean output. The battery floats on the DC bus, held in reserve — current is always flowing to the load.
