Overview

What it is

Enterprise Classic (20–300 kVA) is COMPACT's transformer-based, three-phase online double-conversion UPS for enterprise business continuity — built to keep hospitals, continuous-process industries and critical infrastructure running through the volatile power and site conditions common in India.

A field-proven, rugged range with an individual inverter per output phase, an IGBT inverter stage, multi-CPU (three high-speed microcontrollers) 100% digital control, output galvanic isolation and optional input harmonic-suppression filters.

Key capabilities

What it does

Three-phase online double conversion

Continuous regenerated 3:3 output — the load is isolated from raw-mains disturbances.

Output galvanic isolation

Output galvanic isolation for strong performance with unbalanced loads.

Self-diagnosis & event logging

Intelligent self-diagnosis with a historical event log of up to 256 events.

Optional parallel redundancy

Optional parallel redundant (N+1) system.

100% unbalanced load

An individual inverter per output phase supports a fully unbalanced three-phase load.

Generator compatible

Generator-compatible for industrial and commercial loads; intelligent battery charging and management, adjustable charging current 1–30 A.

Why this product

The engineering value

Field-proven double conversion

A rugged, transformer-based double-conversion design with output galvanic isolation — suited to loads and sites where that physical barrier matters.

Built for Indian conditions

Re-specified by COMPACT — sourced from global manufacturing partners — to handle wide voltage swings, heat, dust and unreliable earthing.

Optional input harmonic filters

Optional input harmonic-suppression filters where the site's harmonic profile calls for them.

Applications

Where it fits

Typical applications for this range — not an exhaustive list.

  • Hospitals and critical-care environments
  • Continuous-process industries and production lines
  • Sensitive diagnostic and life-support medical equipment
  • Industrial and commercial three-phase facility loads
  • Any critical infrastructure requiring conditioned power and backup
Technology

Online double conversion with output galvanic isolation

The rectifier feeds the DC bus and battery, the inverter continuously regenerates the three-phase output, and the output passes through a galvanic isolation stage before it reaches the load. A static bypass handles overload and service.

Multi-CPU (three high-speed microcontrollers), 100% digital control governs the power path, with an individual inverter per output phase for 100% unbalanced-load capability.

The rectifier and inverter run continuously, regenerating a clean output. The battery floats on the DC bus, held in reserve — current is always flowing to the load.
